We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Customer Support Executive to handle CCTV troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to customers. The candidate should have basic knowledge of surveillance systems and the ability to resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot CCTV system issues
Assist customers with DVR/NVR and camera connectivity problems
Resolve basic network-related issues (IP Cameras, DVR/NVR, mobile viewing setup)
Provide remote support to customers via call or WhatsApp
Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
Maintain customer support records and follow-up updates
Perform basic system checks and troubleshooting guidance
Requirements:
0–1 Year Experience in CCTV/Technical Support
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and networking
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Quick learner with problem-solving attitude

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
